Meet Albert Hoofman

Faced with growing concerns about privacy and threatened attacks by Anonymous, Facebook has decided to join the bandwagon of companies calling for transparency in the number of secret requests they receive under the controversial “Fisa” (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act). This is certainly UNCHARACTERISTIC of Facebook who is very well known for it’s blatant disregard of the privacy concerns of its users, by frequently changing the GUI to collect additional information and make it public, without warning and making extremely difficult to adjust the privacy features.

Sadly, unbeknownst to a great majority of its millions of innocent users, Facebook is actually an information gathering tool for the CIA. For more information see these two links: Facebook CIA connection  – Facebook-CIA-You Tube . The week the article was published over 600,000 people left Facebook.

Methinks that the use of CIA dollars for Facebook has a lot to do with the falling out Mark Zuckerberg had with Eduardo Saverin. He moved out, the CIA moved in. Whatever else might be said about Eduardo, at least he had the good sense to get out. He is now living happily in Brazil. As for Facebook, are we SERIOUSLY to believe they care about user’s privacy? No– They’re just jumping on the bandwagon, helplessly trying to avoid the justly deserved fate that is about to befall them.
